We often have visitors staying with us that are visiting the greater Nepean area. From our experience this may include retirees as they journey around, families coming to visit relatives in the holidays, or 'the lucky ones' immigrating to Australia.
Contract Workers
A large portion of our guests have been contract workers coming to work in the area for a period of 3 to 12 months. Penrith City is constantly growing & developing with numerous business opportunities for out of town businesses.
Such guests have found Accommodation Penrith to be most suitable as the 'workmen' have needed a home of their own for at least 6 months. They have needed more than just a room with a bed and TV. They come home and are able to cook their dinners, watch TV, wash their clothes and feel like they're at home. Compared to a long term hotel stay for multiple contractors we offer a cost effective and hassle free choice for the company, as it is usually the company that looks after the accommodation costs for their contractors.

Our other guests include local people requiring short term accommodation. In the past we have housed families completing house renovations needing a home to live in for 2 months or in one unfortunate case renovations due to a house fire. |

Sporting Groups
Penrith and the Nepean area is well known for top class sporting facilities. We have a large outdoor netball complex, where State Championships are held. We were home to the Sydney 2000 Olympics Rowing competitions. The Penrith Lakes and Regatta Centre holds world class rowing events, and around the corner offers an outdoor White Water Rafting course! We have basketball stadiums, swimming centres, state of the art ice skating, cricket and football competitions and much more.... Families coming to Penrith to participate in these events find our accommodation most comfortable and cost effective to meet their needs.
